Yes, and it's most of what we do. Tell us the building and we'll sort the lift booking window and the certificate of currency building management asks for. Where the lift can't be booked, we plan the stair carry into the hours rather than surprising you on the day.
For a weekday, a week or two is usually enough. End of month, school holidays and Saturdays fill up first, so if your settlement date is fixed it's worth locking in early. We'll always tell you honestly if the day you want is tight.
